Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
Explain in details which sections of people are termed as General/OBC/ST/SC??
I'm a Bengali and under poverty with low father's annual income of Rs.20,000.
But i'm placed under General category by village authority. Is it wrong?
If wrong, how do I change it? Give details.
If right, why so?

you are under poverty line and can prepare your yellow card and get benefits else caste is by birth only and OBC depends upon area where you live.
