Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
I filed a suit in the court and an interim application for the restriction of an advertisement. The single bench of the high court rejected it, then on appeal even the divisional bench rejected saying the order was not arbitrary. I am planning to file under Article 136 for special leave petition.It is possible?
Because i heard you need to exhaust all other remedies .
