my grand father purchase a property on condition of giveing back after paying amount which was given at the time of agreement ,agreement was for 2 years but the saler felt to do so. after o3 years they are asking to give back

you can refuse to hand over the property as the time has lapsed. you agreement will have a clause as to what will happen if the property is not claimed within the stipulated period. We need to examine the document for further opinion. contact 9312411481
