Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
If any sub inspector slapping a common people on the behalf of telling him "bhai" means brother , between the people.can he take a any legal action against him.and what type of protection he can demand from the administration or court.

report the incidence to the police ACP of the area. you also make a police complaint..if they dont accept it send it online.
