Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
My name is juhi kumari.I am a single issue of My father and married. Have I any right on my father's monthly payment, provident funds e.t.c as he is central government employee?
1 Answer from Attorneys
No Miss. You have no such right on the personal earning of your father.
Remember, no Son or Daughter have any kind of right on the fathers or mothers property, till their life time.
After they die, their property devolve upon their heirs as per succession. However, if they execute will, then devolution of their estate will be as per will and not as per succession. You father can trust everything in charity whatever he has, and you can have no claim or any share in that.
Only thing that you have right is what you earn by yourself and not what your parents have earned by themself.
