In Keshwananda Bharti v/s State of Kerela AIR1973 SC1461, can i get the following issues solved with reasons to my issues :-
1)Whether the apex court has the power to entertain this case ?
2)Whether Indian parliament has the power to amend the Indian constitution?
3)Whether parliament can amend the basic structure of the constitution?
