Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
I am Kshatriya (Open Caste). Can i change my caste legally to OBC? Please suggest me how i can n how much time it will take?

Castes are predefined in every state.
you cannot change but you can findout the place where your caste falls under OBC.

You cannot change your caste , If you are born as kshatriya you will remain so .Though religion can be changed.
