Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Pakistan
Does a lawyer have highly reliable sources/ access or any authority to check if someone is on the Pakistan exit control list? Can he provide actual reliable evidence to a client ? Does being on the list for someone affect internal travel in Pakistan? Thank you.

1- ECL does not effect domestic traveling.
2- in his capacity as a lawyer, he can't access.
3- Like any ordinary person, though, he can obtain information as your representative.
