Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
I got married in 2012. from i suffered alot with my in-laws they beaten and stolen gold from my house and also they taken my wife salary. for that also i didn't said nothing. they taken my wife to their house for delivery before 5 month and now our have completed 8 months but they are not will to send my wife with me and she also not will to come with me & she going for job by leaving baby at home she even not taking care of baby without she not giving any information to me regarding job she total moving has per their parents.
last month i sent a letter by register post.to her but i didn't received any reply from her.his that letter helpful to me against 498a. please suggestion how can send notice. i don't want to take divorce i need my baby and wife.
