Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
could PIL be filed for asking to hold down a part of statue is not at par with constitution of India (Void ab initio). It is pertinent to note down that i am not the affected party of that part of statue. could you please provide the grounds on which
PIL could be filed in Delhi HC or SC.

It depends upon the subject. example : public administration matter doesn't come under PIL
