Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Pakistan
a property is made by son but he named it to his father. if father would die without giving this property to his son then is there any rule for that son that he can regain his whole property again ?

you may file suit against perspective beneficiaries... you will have to prove that the property was purchased by you and not by your father .....

yes by filling suit for benami wherein u have to prove that it was u who paid full consideration of said property and ur father was not in position to purchase that property
