Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
This question is specifically to addressed to the question answered by ms. Anuradha Dixit regarding using or not using sc st quota for admissions. But madam, don't you think when an sc person applies under general merit, this will lead to misrepresentation? Does the right given to sc st also include the right to not exercise the right?

no if you hide the fact you are a Sc it may be a misrepresentation but applying in the general category is certainly not a misrepresentation.
