Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Philippines
Is it righteous for a mother to push her son who has just recently graduated from college to work on a place where the son doesn't want to go to? I have a boyfriend who, in his college years, took hard to get an allowance from her mother. His parents cant even give him an allowance and scolded him whenever he ask for them. And after he graduated, they forced him to work on a faraway place on which they have relatives or backer on work. my boyfriend doesn't want to go there. they blame me because they said that it was my fault why he cant go there. actually i'm the one who really helped him when he was in college until now. i am sustaining his needs. he doesn't want to go home because he was always scolded there being dependent on their house. His parents can't even take their obligations when he was in college. and now, they want us to be separated. Actually, he is now applying jobs here and there are really more jobs here but the mother cant even give a money for the requirements like TOR for job application. She is really demanding. My bf was really pressured because of his family. they only want him to work just to sustain their needs. they doesn't want him here.he is 20 years old soon to be 21 on July. Does he have the right to reject what they wanted?because on what i am seeing is they just want money. please help me..
