Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
Hi,
I signed a 18 month bond with my company, Now after 14 month I blessed with a baby.
So now I can not carry my job. My HR people are forcing me to join company again.
Please suggest what to do? Shell I have to pay bond breaking penalty??

you may have to serve the period mentioned in the bond, However you may resign if the company does not have any of your original documents. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
