hello sir.. I am in a very difficult situation. ... I am in a relationship with a girl for past 4 and half years. but right now, her family fixed her marriage with another guy against her will. her family was aware of our relationship. i am a doctor and we both belong to the same caste.. i am 26 years and my girlfriend is 25 yrs old. but due to some personal reasons, they are against our relationship. now we are planning to do court marriage very soon and we will tell the family only after the court marriage procedure is completed. we know both our family will b against it. we both really love each other and we know both of us will have a very happy life since our nature matches and loves and cares each other. please sir tell me, should we go for the court marriage. if yes wat should we do if the families still go against us and wat can we do legally? will we get any security from the court?

yes you can get married by having a court marriage.If you fear a threat then you can approach the highcourt and seek protection. Contact 9312411481 .

Both of you are adults and if both of you wants to get married you are free to do so.You may approach High court to seek protection.
