Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
Sir
the document of court mrriage certificate has been destroyed and i consulted to that particular lawyer ,he advice not to make this issue legally just mutually get apart as he has married ,and not to spoil life of getting it a massive issue,ijust want to know i ' m in dellemma of situation .help me with a helpful advice.
