Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India

Sir, my name is Venu Pittala, but in my all certificates it is Venu Pettala. I made my address proofs are as same in certificates. My father registered a plot on my original name which is Venu Pittala in 2007. In passport enquiry neighbors are telling my name with Venu pittala. Now please help me how to handle this problem legally.

get your name changed by publication in the newspaper and publication in the gazette. then you can make the relevant changes in the record.
