i had an cc limit of 75 lac ,losses in business can't pay the amount of bank papers of house are with bank,other property not getting sold off ,bank saying to give notice, can we ask for more time say one year or more from court

you may approach the board of directors of the bank and seek a moratorium and then reorganise the schedule of payment.
