We see our India's Constitution consists through by the written draft, as this came to existence on the 26th Day Of November 1946, & Author Sri B.R. Ambedkar being a Columbia University Graduate taken main feature "We The People" from the United States Of America (U.S.A) which signifys itself of shortest written Constitution of the World, and made India's Constitution to be lengthiest written Constitution in the World, as this consists of 395 Articles I.e., signifys, & called for descending orderly, that mere Codifications Compiled, Arranged, organised from Article 1 till to Artcle 395, mainly Part - III which is consisting Fundamental Rights Guranteed To The Citizens Of India, & Part - IV Directive Principles Of State Policies includes the Fundamental Duty Performed by Public Servants under their Oaths, & Affirmations as per India's Constitutional Law, and also consisting I to XII Schedule's which are timely applicable laws, as suited during arising of the particular situations, those timely performing laws consist's Lists I Union (Central Government); List II State List (State Government); List III Concurrent (Includes Both Central, State Government?) .that if you checkup, & takeup particularlly Schedule VII?., and Schedule X which is the Anti Defection Law, I.e , latest significant timely law inserted in the year1988 metafor is due to bad reason of horse trading, & doing nonsense monkey business by some politicians?
