Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
A women no husband a her own property.all construction is been done with her own money.now elder son and his wife thrown out of her from her own property.and tortured her like any thing.what should you recommend to to take legal aid.how many clause under CRPC and IPC under india constitution she can go for to take her own property back.
