can we bail on 489f i have some checks in process i m working for governement i m basicaly a contractor for government payments are late scared from fir suggest me plz.

yes u can easily have interim bail b4 arrest but cant prolong it too long.. also if u get arrested then there r 2 options for getting bail, 1. compromise with party and 2. on the bases of lies. it is better that u remain in contact with parties in order 2 avoid consequences. for more do consult me at [email protected]
