Dear Sir / Madam,
Since boring work is an activity that is a part of the construction,
THE BUILDING AND OTHER CONSTRUCTION WORKERS (REGULATION OF EMPLOYMENT AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE) ACT, 1996 (BOCW Act) is applicable to boring work.
