Legal Question in Construction Law in India
I bought a 1RK home in 2008.It was vacant since then.I purchased it as investment. Yesterday when i went to check the house, I found someone has painted the whole house and have put new doors and lock. Tehsil's documents shows I own the house. what should i do? should I break the locks and put my new locks?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should contact the agent who sold you the flat and by submitting the Tehsildar's documents proving your ownership to the Society / Association, you may break open the main door lock with Police intervention, and thereafter put your lock on the main door of the flat.
