Legal Question in Construction Law in India

I brougt a roof right in west Delhi of third floor roof it's a 200 yrds building divided in 4 portions . Two front side and two back but there is no parking in the ground floor.I brought 50 yrds of back side right side portion and I have constructed till lanter . Lanter finished in Dec2013. Owner of gf of front side creating a Problem now in construction of stairs . What should I do

You need to send him a legal notice and if the owner still obstructs you from constructing the stairs, then you can file a suit for mandatory injunction for construction of stairs from the civil court.

Dear Sir / Madam,

There is no such word "lanter" in the English dictionary. If you have obtained the necessary approvals and written permission for the entire construction from the Delhi Municipal Authority (DMA), I see no reason for the ground floor owner on the front side of the plot to object to construction of the stairway. You may erect a circular metal stairway leading to your "lanter".
