Dear Sir / Madam,
Since you are attending Court proceedings in person, attestation of the affidavit by the lawyer is not essential.

You are appearing in person, hence attestation by lawyer is bot needed, but you need to carry proof of identity, to indicate that you are the same person, who you are claiming to be.
