Legal Question in Construction Law in Pakistan
I am dealing with a case in which Contractor has agreed to provide Construction services to private firm, by signing a Purchase order. The terms and conditions of Contracts are not specifically mentioned, neither were part of the Contract.
Only BOQ was provided for bidding and a Purchase order was signed between parties as an agreement.
I would like to know that in such conditions, which law will govern the rights of Contractor?
