Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Enter your question here... I am building my first floor of my house my neighbour filed a case for not opening a window on his side but it is my land. Police came and thretened me to stop construction otherwise he will put me in jail. Please suggest.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Your construction ought to be as per approved plan of the local Municipal authority. Inform the Police that the construction being carried out by you is in keeping with the approved plan. You may submit copies of the approved plan to the Police, should they insist.
