We entered in to a contract with a company for taking up a civil construction work. After one month we were terminated by Main Contractor on the Ground of Frustration of Contract as the Employer did not approve us. Are we entitled to Loss of Profit

Whether or not you can claim any Compensation would depend on the terms of Contract you had entered into with the Main Contractor. Only after perusing the Documents can a recourse be advised.
