Legal Question in Construction Law in India
my grandfather distributed his property among his four sons, but there is not any type of written agreement he passed away few years ago.
My Uncle(oldest one) had a big bungalow on the place allocated to him by my grand father on one side of road. now on the other side of road just in front of Uncle's house there is a plot allocated by grandfather for my father which is still vacant, now when we decided to construct a living house . but they want that in front of his house we should leave 15-20 ft of land vacant from road side for parking space for their vehicles which we are opposing, so he is not allowing us for the same , Instead he moved to police station and filed a petition against us that we are not leaving space for him . NOW WHAT WE SHOULD DO ????? PLEASE REPLY URGENTLY.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Your uncle has no say in the plot of land allotted to your father by your grandfather, and you should ignore him. Simply engaged an Architect to design the layout and get it approved by the local Municipality.
Regards,
you can approach the civil court and seek restraint orders against your uncle restraining him from committing any illegality.
