On Conveyance you have pay Stamp Duty @ 4.9 % on the Jantry Valuation or the actual valuation as stated in the sale deed, which ever is higher.
Additionally you have to pay 1 % of registration fees.
The Lawyers expenses + out of pocket disbursement.
So, accordingly expect : -
(1) Stamp Duty - 2,69,500
(2) Registration Fee - 55,000 (If executed in favor of a women, then fees is exempted)
(3) Out of Pocket Disbursement - 10,000 (Approx)
(4) Lawyers Fees - varies from lawyer to lawyer, normally between 25,000-100,000 or 2 % - 3% of the transaction amount.
Normally all such stamp duty , registration fees, etc. have to be paid by the Buyer, unless there are contrary understanding between buyer and seller.
