Legal Question in Construction Law in
Hi,
This is aruna. We have our own flat in pune.It is regarding my own house. We have 2bhk flat in which we have 1 open terrace balcony and 1 dry balcony. We are having our flat on 10th floor. Till the 9th floor all other resident also having dry covered balcony but we are not having covered balcony.Our builder has charged full for dry balcony. Now he is saying is not responsible for cover it.So i want to know whether he is responsible to cover it or what. Please help me in this matter.

in case the builder has charged you to cover the dry balcony, he is liable to do so.
