Legal Question in Construction Law in India
if in joining letter it is mentioned to give 3month notice periode for resignation or salary of 3 month to company, if i paid 3month salary then is it mandatory to serve any minimum notice periode as it is not mentioned in apointment letter

Dear Sir / Madam,
When it is clearly mentioned in the appointment letter to serve 3 months notice period or salary in lieu thereof, it is for you to decide how much duration of the notice period you wish to work and pay salary for the balance period.
