Dear Querist. the list is as follows:

1.All previous sale deeds/ Conveyance Deeds and agreements to sell including current ones.

2. In case of an apartment/ builder floor the photocopy of the builder's title to land and items mentioned at Sr. No.1 above. with an endorsement on the title deeds of the builder. Copy of the approved sanction plan of the building from the municipal authority.

3. In case of a vacant plot Photocopy of the Site plan and endorsement on the Colonizers title deed along item mentioned at Sr. No. 1. In case of agricultural land certified copy from the revenue records also

4. In case of a built up house Items at Serial No.1 for the plot & sanction plans in original with endorsement of municipal authority
