Legal Question in Construction Law in
We have not taken MCD approval for residential construction.
Now MCD threating us to demolish the consutruction which is 90% complete.
Please suggest ....what to do?

you may seek an injunction order against the demolition. which of part of delhi the property belongs to?

do u have the written approval in the form or sanctioned plans? if so, mcd cannot do the demolition. if threat is in the form of a notice, you may file a suit for injunction but give a notice first to MCD to not to resort to any coercive step as you have the approval.
