is that any order can be get from high court that any demolition can be done as per actal map

Dear Sir / Madam,
Demolition can be carried out by the Municipal authorities of all unauthorized structures. If the construction is legal and as per sanctioned plans of the Municipality, a stay order from the Court can be obtained on the demolition.
