Dear Sir / Madam,
(Aranya Bhavan, Bengaluru, Karnataka)
If as a result of the demolition your wall is damaged, your neighbour is legally bound to repair the wall and bring it back to the original condition as it was prior to the demolition. If the neigbour fails to repair it, a legal notice can be issued to him.
