Legal Question in Construction Law in India

I am planning to buy an apartment, the entrance of the apartment with is 5 to 10 feet is still in builders name. Can I buy the apartment there? What could happen if the builder doesn't transfer that area to the association?

Dear Sir / Madam,

You can safely buy the apartment and leave it to the Association to take up the issue of dealing with the common approach road to the Association.
