Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Can you plz suggest me with how to tackle insane neighbors? they dump garbage in our compound,use sangs all the time and treat people badly and at present they are not allowing us to complete the boundary wall of our building.
The wall is on our own land and on the basis of sanction plan of the Municipality. plz suggest what to do.

Dear Sir / Madam,
The neighbors have no business to obstruct the construction of the compound wall inside your own plot. You should lodge a police complaint against the neigbors and complete the construction of the compound wall.
