Legal Question in Construction Law in India

i recently bought a house in Bangalore which is adjoining an apartment. The apartments boundary wall is facing my house and the parking lots are also in front of my house. But the residents are misusing the parking lots for playing and causing lot of noise and trouble for us.

Please advise if this illegal use of parking lot land as play ground is permissible? Also they are planning to increase the height of the boundary wall beyond 6.8ft which is against the Bangalore corporation rules.

Please advise how do i take a legal approach if i want the misuse of land for playing by the apartment residents. There are incidents where outsiders .e non residents are using this place for playing purposes.

My wife is carrying and mother is not well, this continuous noise by the senseless kids playing is troubling us and not letting us live in peace. Sometimes I feel the residents are doing it on purpose to instigate us.

Please advise the way forward.

you can make a police complain about your grievance. and if they start the construction of the wall approach the court for the stay of the increase of the height of the wall.

Don't be negative. Nobody likes a rain cloud. People gravitate to the sunshine. Politely request the children not to make a loud noise, especially if they play anytime before 07,00 am in the morning or after 10.00 pm in the night.
