Legal Question in Construction Law in
I have recived a physical possession but not the possession letter.Builder says he will give it to me in next 2-3 months.Whether I have to worry to much about the letter? Please guide me!

how can the possession be given without the possession letter. you must ask your builder for the letter and ask him why is he reluctant to give the possession.

the only worry part is if the builder was entitled to hand you over the possession
