Legal Question in Construction Law in India

Respect sir,
I've informed to Municipal Commissioner,
Local P.S,
Dy. Commissioner of police,
Pollution Control Board,
Fire & Emergency Service & Health Deptt about this matter.
The matter is my uncle named Sanjay Gupta one of the heirs of our deceased grand-mother made an illegal constructoin on the back side open space namely courtyard of the building & using the said space as workshop for his tailoring business during last two years. The passage of the illegally construct workshop is very very narrow i.e. approx two feet wide, which is not fit for any workshop fur less to cloth related business. Please note that not only the area became fire hazardous but also causing sound pollution on account of functioning 7-8 swing machines at the time upto midnight.
Kindly note during last six months several persons in and around the premises have suffered from Malaria, Viral fever & Dengue due to such polluted environment.(All such related records are retained by us)
Kindly futher note that on Monday(13/01/14), Inspector from local P.S. came for enquiry on this matter. And next day(i.e. on 14/01/14), Sanjay Gupta lodged a complain against us that we are giving threat & abused to him & his father(note: grand-father is on his side aged 82years). It means Sanjay Gupta is making a strong base against us by giving false statement.
Sir please give advice/suggestion regarding this matter that what steps we should take against all these illegal activity & false statements ?
