Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Sir i am ram from anantapur. In our apartment the GAMC has sanctioned g+5 apartment the builder built one more floor and selling. He is giving undevided share also is it possible to register the UDC and flat by the builder

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the builder does not have Municipal approval for the one additional floor, it may not be possible to register the UDC and flats on that unauthorized floor by the builder.
