Legal Question in Construction Law in India

i want to take a stay on our owner of below neighbour as he has took a big terrace with out taking anybody's permission he want to make show room there on ground floor,, he is businessmind person and very mean,,we are facing many problems due to his new terrace which is touching to our existing house,, its a gujarat housing board construction,,,, also the one of the pillars which he had made thats comming out to our gallary from below.. need help how i can stop him,,,.. its a residential area ...its just 8 days and terrace has already been filled

Dear Sir / Madam,

Unfortunately, I have personally witnessed a few Gujaratis having this amazing tendency to "usurp" as much space as possible in and around their house and thereafter try to legalize its ownership. You will need to immediately register a complaint against your neighbour with the Gujarat Housing Board authorities and the Gujarat Municipal Corporation for appropriate action to be taken against the misdeeds of the neighbour.
