Legal Question in Construction Law in India
There was a vacant land between 2 buildings in Mumbai Kurla east which according to mhada is supposed to be green zone for garden but somebody all of sudden built temple on this land and nobody takes action on this what can be done pls suggest we're we can file complaint abt this

Dear Sir / Madam,
It is possible that a majority of the members residing in the two buildings may have insisted that the temple be built in the open space, for the welfare of the members. If that be so, your complaint to MHADA may prove futile.
