Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I have taken admission in one college in Mumbai and after the orientation but before close of admission I left that first college . the first college is not giving back my fees that they have taken. What are my remidies?

If any of the college documents contain a clause that you can withdraw your admission at later stage, you can get the refund. Otherwise not.
