Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
i have booked a flat whose payement plan was of two years and the developers promised us give the possession in three years which is going to complete in april this year but the progress of their construction is very slow and i dont feel that they will able to provide us possession in april. I want to what are the legal actions that i can take on the developers once the duration is completed

Dear Sir / Madam,
In case the developers fail to handover possession of the flat by the due date committed in the Agreement, you can file a compensation suit against the developers for violation of terms.
