Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I have booked a honda activa125 disc brake new model for Rs 5000/- at Arora Motors through canteen rates 53 days ago & I was suppose to deliver the same 45 days time according to their written document.What should I do in such a case please help.

Issue a notice for deficiency of service to the company and the dealer, if they still do not deliver the vehicle their is a default on their part, file a complaint before Consumer Forum for deficiency of service under Consumer Protection Act.
