Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
i booked two tickets valued 3124rupees on 31-12-2016 in makemytrip webiste to travel on 1-1-2017 evening 5:10px and on the day 1-1-2017 of traveling the bus operator sent a message from his phone number that bus cancelled but of urgency i never see that message and in evening i went to departure there i never seen a bus upto 5:30pm so i called to the bus operator mobile number mentioned in e-ticket they said that we sent a message that your ticket had cancelled find other bus and we will refund the amount so i booked other bus on there and went to chennai
after that i never received refund amount upto 4-1-2017 so i phone the bus operator they never received the call so i register a complaint in makemytrip website on the day now its 13-1-2017 i never received a message regarding of this complaint from makemytrip team today i called to that bus operator he attend the call and replied that amount we already transferred ask makemytrip so what should i do in these situation
