Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I bought an apartment in Bangalore, Bommanahalli area. While booking SLV Builders and Developers said they will be giving parking space of 9/16 feet. However, they ended up giving 7.5/13.5 feet. I paid 1.5 lacs for it, but got very less space. Even most of the flat owners are facing the same issue. Also, builder has not completed the civil work in common completely which they should have done it by last year December. Builder is not at all cooperative. So, in this case what I/we can do.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If there are 10 or more apartment owners in the building, you should all get together and register a co-operative housing society and the Society should take up all such issues with the Developer.
