Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I have bought a flat which is still under construction ...recently Builder has made construction above my flat and is not supported by the main beam.( not as per the approved plan ) which i causing a big crack in the RRC roof in my flat ..i have requested the builder 2-3 time to remove those walls as it could cause safety issue in the future to my flat ..i want to get heal p on this matter to solve it

If the construction is unauthorized, you can complain to the local Municipality.
